Eligibility for Refunds and ReturnsDrugs, medical products, and devices must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, these items must be unused, in the same or resaleable condition as when you bought them, and in the original packaging. The receipt of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable ItemsOpened or used drugs, medical products, and devices cannot be returned. Additionally, items that have been tampered with or altered are not eligible for returns. Thermo labile products, such as those kept in the fridge, perishables, fruits, vegetables, and prepared meals, are also non-returnable. All other goods and products not specified in the refund policy are not eligible for return.

ExchangesWe only replace drugs and medical products/devices if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service department.
